Who they are

Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd. builds under the Botanica Luxury Villas name and is based on the island: the head office, opened in December 2024, is in Thep Krasattri, Thalang District. The company launched its first project in 2004 and is led by CEO Attasit Intarachooti, an architect who designs the Botanica villa concepts. By December 2024 Botanica had developed 27 projects across Phuket, Krabi and Hua Hin.

What they build

Botanica is a pool-villa specialist. Its villas follow three design lines: Botanica Modern Luxury, Botanica Modern Loft and the signature Tropical Balinese style. In 2024 the company launched its first condominium, Hythe by Botanica, planned as "vertical villas" inside the Botanica Grand Avenue estate in Cherngtalay.

Botanica Grand Avenue is developed by Botanica Grand Avenue Co., Ltd., a joint venture in which SET-listed Rhom Bho Property, the developer of The Title, holds 30%.

Outside Phuket the company builds Botanica Luxury Krabi in Ao Nang and Botanica Luxury Hua Hin.

Track record

• 27 projects developed between 2004 and December 2024 in Phuket, Krabi and Hua Hin; ten of them sold out, by the company count.
• Botanica Bangtao Beach, launched in 2018, sold out.
• Asia Pacific Property Awards 2025–2026: Hythe by Botanica won in the Single Apartment / Condominium Thailand and Apartment / Condominium Development Thailand categories. Across Hythe by Botanica, Botanica Grand Avenue and the Botanica Grand Avenue sales gallery, Botanica collected seven awards at the 2025 edition.
