Who they are

Trinity Property Co., Ltd. is the Phuket developer behind Aileen Villas, a brand of private pool villas in a modern minimalist style. The company is based on Soi Trongmong 5 in Sakhu, Thalang district, in the north-west of the island.

Design approach

Aileen Villas combine Balinese and Thai design elements in a modern tropical villa. Large glass sliding doors open the rooms to the outside and bring natural light deep into the house. In the Naithon projects, each villa has its own pool next to the master bedroom, with direct access from both the master bedroom and the living room.

The developer site lists five Aileen Villas projects:

• Aileen Villas Naithon I, Aileen Villas Naithon II and Aileen Villas Naithon III

Track record

Four earlier projects, Aileen Villas Naithon I, II and III and Aileen Villas Rawai, are listed as sold out on the developer site. Aileen Villas Naithon I has seven villas: three-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom home from 218 to 354 sq m, with the option of adding a fourth bedroom.
