Who they are

Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited is a Bangkok-based residential developer listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker PROUD. The company was established on 30 March 1989 as Pasuput Co., Ltd., became a public company in 2002, listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in 2004 and took its current name in 2019. The head office is in One City Centre on Ploenchit Road, Bangkok.

Proud Real Estate builds condominiums and detached houses in Bangkok, Hua Hin and Phuket. The portfolio includes InterContinental Residences Hua Hin, VEHHA Hua Hin, ROMM Convent in Sathorn, VI Ari and VARUNN Chaengwattana-Ratchapruek. The company organises its approach around five pillars: well-crafted design, well-living amenities, well-curated services, community and sustainability.

On Phuket

The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort on Kamala Beach is the first residential project Proud Real Estate has brought to Phuket and its second InterContinental-branded residence in Thailand. It launched in October 2025, and we sell residences in it.

• 111 residences in two 7-storey buildings, plus a 3-storey facilities building
• Layouts from one-bedroom units to a five-bedroom penthouse, including two-bedroom units with private pools
• Architecture that draws on Sino-European and Peranakan influences
• Access to dining, spa and yacht services of the adjacent InterContinental Phuket Resort
• The project company is Kamala Ascend Company Limited, which uses the InterContinental name under a limited licence from IHG

Construction is under way. The progress update of 28 August 2026 on the project site shows piling complete and overall progress at 13%. The project site also states that the EIA reports and construction permits are approved.
