The Attitude Club

Who they are

The Attitude Club Co., Ltd. is a Phuket property and hospitality group, established in 1999 by a new generation of Phuket property professionals and working under the banner "Next lifestyle living". It began as a small firm for bespoke architecture, design and real estate management, with the aim of bringing construction management on Phuket up to Bangkok standards. It then moved into its own developments, pool villa rental management and furniture, and later into property agency work and hospitality. The head office is in Rassada, Mueang Phuket.

Seven brands work under The Attitude Club umbrella:

• MONO: Japanese loft homes and Asian-fusion pool villas, "Happiness is Homemade"
• Wings: villas near Bang Tao Beach in Cherngtalay with a Peranakan character
• Saturdays: spacious condominiums with dens and hobby corners, in Saiyuan, Rawai
• Number Twelve: interior décor, furniture and property resale
• Brown Starling: pool villa management and rental
• Blu Monkey: a hostel in Phuket Town
• Attitudestay: handpicked unique hotels
